Meet Dee-Anna, a passionate Pilates and meditation instructor with a deep thirst for growth, movement, and mindfulness. Dee-Anna (or Dee, as she prefers) began her quest for mindfulness from a young age, which gradually grew into a love for movement — from strength training in the gym straight into the Pilates studio.

Discovering her passion for connecting these two worlds together, Dee is on a mission to create a safe space where anyone can feel connected, supported, and still within themselves. She believes it is crucial to connect with both our spirit and our body.

However, to do so, we must first understand our inner chatter and learn how to navigate and work with it, so it doesn’t rule our lives. From there, the focus shifts to connecting with our bodies in a way that feels fulfilling and fun. Though she loves strength training, Pilates offers a beautiful balance between challenge and enjoyment, allowing the body to grow stronger while remaining mindful and present.
