Dee-Anna is a Pilates & meditation instructor with a passion for creating spaces where people from all walks of life can reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement.

Her classes focus on building strength, awareness, and confidence in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Whether you're new to Pilates or returning to your practice, you’ll be guided with care and encouragement.

The Stillness Space is a place for you to slow down, reconnect, and move with intention.

Through Pilates Mat classes and mindfulness practices, The Stillness Space is designed to be a welcoming place where people of all experience levels can feel supported, rejuvenated and at ease.
